You also were introduced to material to help develop the skills recommended for successful real estate practice and/or prepare you for the state examination. Although much of the material taught in pre-license and post license is considered to be inconsequential, there are aspects of this training that should be reviewed every so often. This course will provide a review of some of the aspects of pre-licensing which may have been forgotten and provide information on the newer laws and rules in real estate- but more so, give you, the student, insight as to the current areas being disciplined by the Florida Real Estate Commision.
