Check in with RPCRA staff and sign attendance sheet upon arrival and departure. 3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS A No-Show fee of $50 will be charged to attendees who have registered for a complimentary class and have failed to cancel or reschedule the registration by 5:00 pm the day prior to the class. In addition to the No-Show fee, cancellations not received within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
