DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy The Florida real estate industry continues to experience dramatic changes in the marketplace and in the regulatory realm. This course will discuss the recent changes in the laws as well as refresh your memory on some old standards that rarely change. It examines recent statutory and rule changes that affect not just the license law but real estate law in general. In addition, the course discusses how to maintain your license and generally operate within the law on a daily basis. This is a webinar, and cameras are required to be on. Webinar Webinar FL Lopez, Dan ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 1:15 p.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 2. Check in with RPCRA staff and sign attendance sheet upon arrival and departure. 3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class 4. Notetaking is permitted on silent devices only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS A No-Show fee of $50 will be charged to attendees who have registered for a complimentary class and have failed to cancel or reschedule the registration by 5:00 pm the day prior to the class. In addition to the No-Show fee, cancellations not received within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
