DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Our industry has recently come under fire with the result that buyer agent compensation is no longer the certainty it once was for residential agents. Surveys show agents are seen as lazy, not very smart, overpaid, and only concerned with commission and this is reflected in the 12% customer retention rate. In this class I teach agents what they need to know to not be seen that way. They will learn to do more than just build rapport and fake it till they make it. They will learn what they need to know to be seen as a market expert, how to gauge where their market is and where its going, how to build the credibility and trust necessary to have a customer happy to pay their commission. Agents will also get tools needed to hold themselves accountable, establish standards for how they do business, and get a clear roadmap as to what things they need to learn next to become a confident and competent agent.
