Part 1) of waterfront properties, its only natural to dive deeper into the market! If you’re looking to understand the complexities of the waterfront market, this course is essential for your business. In this course you will extend your knowledge in buying and selling waterfront, learning everything about property inspections to construction. This course will ensure you can stand with your feet firmly in the sand and call yourself a true Waterfront Specialist! Please allow adequate commute time. 2. Check in with RPCRA staff and sign attendance sheet upon arrival and departure. 3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class 4. Notetaking is permitted on silent devices only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS A No-Show fee of $50 will be charged to attendees who have registered for a complimentary class and have failed to cancel or reschedule the registration by 5:00 pm the day prior to the class. In addition to the No-Show fee, cancellations not received within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
