Session II, III and IV are an intense compilation of line-by-line through explanation of the most current FR/BAR Standard purchase and Sale Contract form. After completion of instruction of the Standard purchase and Sale Contract, instruction transitions to demonstration of the distinction of the As-is Contract form deviations and participation to determine which for to use.

Haber, Annette
Ms. Haber concentrates her real estate practice assisting clients with the purchase and sale of real property. She is extremely passionate about her work, and also counsels clients using her extensive experience representing clients through Loss Mitigation options such as Loan Modifications, Short Sales, Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure and Foreclosure Settlements. She represents clients through the practice of drafting real estate contracts; issuing Title Insurance; Residential and Commercial Lending; handling traditional residential and complex commercial Closings; and continues to assist in the residential Short Sale process for primary residences and investment properties, as well as commercial Short Sales.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. Check in with RPCRA staff and sign attendance sheet upon arrival and departure.

2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours.  Physical attendance is required for the duration of class

3.  Notetaking is permitted on silent devices only.  Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS

A No-Show fee of $50 will be charged to attendees who have registered for a complimentary class and have failed to cancel or reschedule the registration by 5:00 pm the day prior to the class. In addition to the No-Show fee, cancellations not received within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.

 

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

If you have special needs that require assistance or reasonable accommodation to participate in any class, please submit your request in writing to education@rpcra.org. Requests should be made no later than 10 days prior to the event.
